BarrettFam Creations began long ago when I was taking pictures at a young age. As a novice to photography in my younger years and with no real desire to pursue a career in photography, several circumstances in life helped me shape and form BarrettFam Creations.

It all began with the many photos my family took and a desire to help people capture memories. I also wanted something my kids can get into, learn and enjoy too. As time went on I began meeting so many people who had no family memories like I did growing up. It was my family who had loads of photo albums which made capturing memories important to me. As i created BarrettFam, I wanted to not just have clients as most photographers have but Client-Friends. I chose Client-Friends as our tag-line for every client is what we consider a friend; for friends stay but clients come and go. With so many Client-Friends I was prompted to create our other signature idea entitled: KEEPING IT IN THE FAMILY. KEEPING IT IN THE FAMILY was designed so that every client-friend would not have to go elswhere for photographic services by returnng to BarrettFam for all of their photo needs. With KEEPING IT IN THE FAMILY one would receive additional discounts for multiple bookinge like sweet 16's, birthdays, weddings, births, pregnancy, graduation and more.

Having photographed many weddings, family portraits and music events, and commercial buildings I'm very humbled to have photographed those like The Paul King Orchestra (one of the oldest orchestra's in Connecticut), R.O.K, Brother to Brother, Bobby Bishop - Sony/BeatMart artist, Selah Ministries, Banjo Enterprises and more.
